- Service Content and Terms of Use ZionCare is a service launched by Samoa MtM+ Technology Co., Ltd. Taiwan branch (hereinafter referred to as "MtM+"). We specialize in home sleep testing, connecting sleep experts (referred to as "physicians" or "clinical psychologists") with sleep test participants (referred to as "users" or "you") through remote platform technology. This means users can obtain professional sleep advice and optimization solutions anytime, anywhere through ZionCare. ZionCare is committed to eliminating traditional time and location barriers, ensuring that every user receives the best sleep health guidance. Before using ZionCare, please ensure you are familiar with and agree to the following terms of use. These terms will constitute your cooperative relationship with MtM+. If you do not agree to these terms, please choose to stop using ZionCare.
- Terms Adjustment and Effectiveness MtM+ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will regularly review and update these terms, so we recommend that you check our user policy webpage regularly for the latest information. In addition to these basic terms, certain specific products or features may have additional specifications or conditions. Please refer to the provided links for more details.
- Use of ZionCare We welcome you to use the ZionCare application provided by MtM+. When you use the ZionCare service, you also accept our privacy policy, these terms, and any other applicable notifications or regulations. If you make purchases on ZionCare, you also need to consider specific sales terms and other relevant provisions. MtM+ relies on user cooperation to discover any behavior that may violate these terms. If anyone reports any violations, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including but not limited to banning usage or removing relevant content. ZionCare is not responsible for the content of interactions between users and sleep experts. If a medical expert hosts private events through ZionCare, any related disputes should be resolved by the parties involved.
- User Qualification Restrictions This service is not applicable to children under 7 years old. If you are between 7 and 20 years old, you need to use ZionCare under the supervision of a guardian and ensure your guardian agrees to these terms. Those who have been prohibited from using ZionCare may not re-use the service. By starting to use this service, you guarantee that you are over 7 years old and, if you are under 20 years old, you have obtained consent from your parents or guardians and are not a previously banned user.
- Privacy Protection ZionCare deeply values your privacy. To ensure your privacy is fully protected and respected, we recommend you review our "Privacy Policy." This policy details how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
- Account Security When setting up a ZionCare account, you are required to provide certain basic information such as phone number, email, name, and password. Please safeguard this information to ensure others cannot access your account or use your identity for activities. Ensure the account information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. Unless explicitly permitted by ZionCare, you may not share, rent, sell, or transfer your account to others. By using this service, you agree to receive relevant electronic notifications, including emails and platform announcements.
- Intellectual Property Protection Copyright: All content of this service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Trademark: "ZionCare" and other related logos, graphics, and sounds are trademarks of MtM+. Any form of copying or utilization without permission is prohibited. All information provided on this service, including text, images, and audio, is the property of MtM+ or other lawful licensors.
- Service Record Management To ensure the security and privacy of user and sleep expert data, our service will not record any meetings. If a medical expert has other special needs (such as academic research or clinical supervision), they must obtain explicit permission from the user and sign a specific access agreement. Please note that ZionCare will not actively access or use your video or audio content unless explicit consent is obtained from both you and the sleep expert.
- Usage Restrictions When using ZionCare, you should comply with all relevant laws, contracts, and the rights of third parties. All actions taken on this platform are solely your responsibility. The following prohibited behaviors are listed:
- Engaging in acts that violate public morals, are obscene, or pornographic.
- Engaging in illegal activities or using the service in an improper manner.
- Inappropriately disclosing other users' video information.
- Consulting content should be related to healthcare.
- Information provided when creating an account should be truthful and not falsified.
- Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the service or misappropriating other users' accounts.
- Defaming, threatening, or harassing other users or medical experts.
- Account Management Self-deactivation: If you decide to deactivate your ZionCare account, please contact us to delete the account. Forced deactivation: If you violate Article 9 or other laws, MtM+ has the right to directly deactivate your account. If there are any changes or updates, we will notify you through your account, so please pay close attention.
- Disclaimer Our company provides home sleep testing services aimed at assisting users in understanding their sleep patterns. We relay the test results to qualified physicians or clinical psychologists for professional assessment and recommendations. While we strive to offer accurate and reliable testing services, please note the following:
- The test results are for reference only and should not be considered as medical diagnosis or professional medical advice.
- We advise users to seek professional guidance and advice from physicians or clinical psychologists after receiving the test results.
- Our company is not responsible for any actions or decisions made by users based on the test results.
- We disclaim any liability for damages or adverse outcomes resulting from not following professional medical advice or treatment based on the test results.
- Indemnity If you violate these terms and cause damage to MtM+, you will bear the corresponding compensation liability. MtM+ reserves the right to terminate your use of the service.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the primary court for resolving any disputes or related breaches, terminations, or invalidities arising from these terms.
- Severability If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
